Olive Drive Elementary is looking for students to help with their Annual Fall Festival on Saturday, October 14th.  Stop by the career center for contact information.

The Latina Leaders of Kern County are currently looking for 10th and 11th grade girls who would be interested in participating in the Latina Leaders Youth Leadership Program this school year. The program is designed for female students who would like develop their leadership skills and who want to prepare themselves to make positive and informed education and life choices. If you are interested, please sign up in the career center with Mrs. Escobar, today, September 12th, after school.

Attention Freshmen! Do you like free food?  Come on out during the JV football game on Friday for a tailgating party reserved for you.  There will be hotdogs, chips and some dessert that is completely free for freshmen.  Just bring your ID and head to the south end of the field by the flagpole at 6 P. M. on Friday to have some fun!  After the party, head on into the stands with your friends and cheer on the varsity team!

The History/Civics Club is official this year! If you’re interested in joining or becoming a club officer, come by room 804 in Ms. Kwon’s class for a 20-minute meeting. We will meet on Thursday, August 31st, during 4th lunch at 11:00 and after school at 2:30 to discuss projects, activities, and field trips.
