California Scholarship Federation: (CSF) 

• Emphasizes high standards of scholarship and community service
• Good citizenship is a membership requirement
• A Life Member or Seal bearer is a student who has earned at least four (4) semesters of membership based on grades earned in 10th through 12th with one semester based on senior grades
• Applications available in the Career Center

 
The CSF application window opens the third week of each semester using the previous semester’s grades. The window remains open for three weeks, and during those three weeks students must obtain their transcript, fill out their application, and submit payment to the finance office. The application includes the following: CSF application completed with grades and point totals, transcript, and receipt of payment received.
