September 27th Announcements

The Bakersfield Chapter of The Links, Incorporated will be putting on the National Award Winning "Links' Leadership Steam Academy Left Brain & Right Brain Program".  This is a Steam program for fifth- twelfth grade students.  It will be held Saturday, September 28, 2019, at Emerson Middle School Cafeteria. Stop by the Career Center for more information.

If you are interested in going out for any sports team, you will need to complete the sports packets on line now. Just go to the Frontier High School web page under athletics and all the forms are there. If you have questions, please come in the Athletic/ASB office for the instructions.

Attention Juniors: The PSAT will be offered at Frontier during the morning of Wednesday, October 16th. To register you must pay $18.00 in the finance office. The deadline to sign up is Wednesday, October 9^th, but don’t wait because we only have 150 slots available and it will be first come first served. Please check the school website for all other testing dates and information.

Attention Jr's and Sr's.... The California Aeronautical University is holding their 3rd annual Aviation Career Day for Kern County high school students.  Please stop by the Career Center for more information.

Next week is Homecoming week! Get ready to get your spirit on as ""Titans Tune In"" featuring all your favorite TV networks! Monday is MTV so wear your favorite neon colors, 80's gear or favorite concert tee! Tuesday is Food Network so be sure dress as your favorite chef, wear an apron, or favorite snack! Wednesday is Discovery Channel, so get out your safari, animal print or tourist apparel. Thursday is Disney vs. Nickelodeon, choose a side and wear something to represent your favorite character or show! Friday is ESPN Day! Wear your Homecoming shirt for Game Day or your favorite jersey.

Attention ALL Frontier girls between the ages of 14 to 17 years old! Applications for the Bakersfield Pageant are available in the Activities Office! The orientation meeting will be held on Monday, October 7^th, at 6pm, at the Westchester Event Center, and the deadline to apply is October 14th. Stop by for more information!

Attention all Titans! The Frontier Outdoors Club is hosting a meeting TODAY immediately after school in Mr. Dub's room to vote on officers and talk about our first hike and field trip of the year! You MUST be present to run for office - so hike your way on over to room 624 today to check it out!
