Essentials of personal fitness is a brand-new course at Frontier that dives into anatomy and bio-mechanics, athletic training and physical therapy, and teaching/coaching movement to students & athletes. Freshmen picture day is TOMORROW, August 21st, in the gym during PE periods. Sophomores and juniors that need to make up their school pictures (if you missed taking it in the spring) may report to the gym during their lunch period.

NOR is recruiting coaches for the 2019 Afterschool Flag Football & Volleyball Programs. Season runs between September 2019 through November 2019. Coaches work 4 1/2-9 hours per week and are paid $12.50 per hour. Must be 16 or older. Stop by the career center for more information.
