If you are trying out for cheerleading for next year please pick up the cheer packet in the athletic/ASB office today. The deadline for all the paperwork is May 6th. If it is not turned in by then you will not be allowed to try out.

If you are interested or planning on running cross country in the fall, there is an informational meeting this Monday, April 29, at 6pm, in the PAC. Summer training, workouts, shirts and more will be discussed and athletic packets will be handed out. If you have any questions please see Coach Nelson in room 807.
Need something to do for summer? ROC is offering summer classes for firefighting, 3D animation, personal training, and welding. You will need to apply online beginning May 1st. Application will be open from May 1 through May 31. You do have to provide your own transportation.
